| 1. Quantity |
| We accept all order although if comes from small quantity and consign them through freight agent. The goods will be secured to the destination as we use carton boxes and woods to wrap them. Well, of course, this will cost you more than if you consign them with full container load. |

| 2. Delivery Time |
| If the goods are ready in our warehouse, we can assure your goods to be delivered to cargo warehouse within a week. For the purchase order, it will consume a month to produce them. |

| 3. The Payment |
| We accept credit cards. We apply the surcharge 3% for VISA, MASTER CARD and 4% for AMEX. You only need to send us for the following data: |
- The copy of your passport
- The copy of your credit card (front and back) and
- Authorization letter

| Furthermore, we also accept transfer. For this process we calculate the rate and cost which apply at the time your fund is coming. Because our price in Rupiah and it will certainly bring more profit. |

| 4. Order Placement |
| We would like you to place a deposit in advance. It would be 50% of the total amount of purchase. Further, the rest will be informed right after the freight agent (cargo agent) has collected the items. In conclusion, the payment will be all complated before the cargo picked the goods. |

| Any others which are excluded in the term and condition, we will inform you directly either throught e-mail or even fax. This will make information more accurately. |
